Founding Facilitator
Michael is the Founder of The Faculty, specialising in leadership, talent and organisational development. Drawing on a background in psychology and years of experience designing and facilitating development experiences, he helps organisations create the conditions for people and teams to thrive. His facilitation combines warmth, curiosity and challenge, creating environments where people think deeply, engage honestly and make progress on the conversations that matter most.

Sneha brings over 20 years of experience across brand marketing, leadership development and inclusion. Her background in storytelling makes her a natural facilitator: enthusiastic, engaging and able to bring ideas to life in a way that genuinely lands.
